DocuSign – We'll email you the contract for electronic signature. Once all parties have signed, we'll receive the completed version right away.

How Long does it take to typically close and get the money?
We will put 30 days on the contract; however, we typically close anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is complete we deposit the money to escrow and get the properties closed as soon as possible.
